No opening date has been established. Timing will depend on clinical preparation, licensing, regulation, financing, staffing, technology, location, and operational readiness.
Where will Selinger Health be located?+
No location or service area has been finalized. Selinger Health is intended for West Virginia, and future location decisions will be guided by community needs, workforce realities, partnerships, regulation, and operational readiness.
What healthcare services will be offered?+
The future service model has not been finalized. Selinger Health will publish accurate information only after clinical scope, staffing, licensure, policies, and operations are confirmed.
What does joining the waitlist mean?+
The waitlist is for occasional planning updates, future listening opportunities, and launch information. It is not an appointment request, does not establish a patient-clinician relationship, and does not guarantee services.
Should I include symptoms or medical information in the form?+
No. The public website, waitlist, and Patient Experience Preview do not receive clinical information. Please do not submit symptoms, diagnoses, medications, insurance details, or other medical information.
Will the website have an AI assistant?+
Selinger Health is exploring a clearly labeled website guide for general FAQs and navigation. It would not diagnose, recommend treatment, perform emergency triage, or replace a qualified healthcare professional.
